The Keyz Debut Album is in production…
Pre-production of The Keyz debut album is nearly complete and we are now pretty much ready to begin recording!
The Banbury Guardian have called to say they will be doing a follow up article next week, we are looking set for more radio play, we have found stylists, radio pluggers, PR companies who are all interested in working with us and now have lots of reviews of “Superstar Gazer” on our myspace page.
We have settled on 17 tracks for the album, with the intention of 10-13 of these making the final track listings
So far, we have raised £8,000 finance on slicethepie.com, so not long to go!
The next stage between now and 31st January (the date we start physically recording) is to sequence any bits and pieces such as some strings and synth bits. This will give us a headstart in the actual recording process (for isntance we already have a version of one of the songs “Tunnel Vision” and the strings are pretty much all set out, just need refining and better string samples to make them sound more realistic)
So all is looking great, the album is going to sound fantastic, and already looks like 2009 will be a massive year for The Keyz!!!!!
